THE SPACE
Relax and retreat on the comfy sofa, flick on the fireplace to warm up, or watch something on Xfinity TV. You will find everything you need in this 2-story townhome, on the main floor you will find the living room, a fireplace, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dining table for 6, and a fully stocked kitchen. Through the kitchen door you’ll have access to your own private deck with a brand new propane grill, perfect for an evening BBQ. Head back inside and up the stairs to the second floor to find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including the master bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, utensils, cookware, and crockery.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has a dining table for 6, a TV equipped with Xfinity cable, a large couch, and a fireplace.

MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, a dresser, a TV w/cable, a private bathroom, and a closet. Inside the closet you can find a box fan, and a humidifier.

GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom is to the left at the top of the stairs and is equipped with a queen bed, and a closet. Inside the closet you can find an iron, ironing board, a box fan, and a humidifier.

QUEEN BUNK BEDROOM
This spacious bedroom is equipped with a queen over queen bunk bed, with easy access to the top bunk with stairs on the side. You will also find an older Smart TV which is capable of streaming Netflix, also in this room's closet you will find a box fan and a humidifier.

MASTER BATHROOM
The master bathroom is found in the master bedroom, which has a hair dryer, and a bathtub with a shower.

GUEST BATHROOM - 2ND FLOOR
The guest bathroom, found in between the guest bedroom and queen bunk bedroom, inside is a hair dryer, and a bathtub with shower.

GUEST BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
This guest bathroom is found just off the kitchen and is a half bath with a small sink and toilet.

DECK
Through a door in between the kitchen and living room, you’ll find yourself on the home's deck, which is equipped with a brand new propane grill, perfect for an evening BBQ.

PARKING
Guests will have access to a secure underground garage with space for parking 1 vehicle.. The clearance for the garage is low, coming in at 6’5”, which is tall enough for most SUVs without any roof racking or lift kits. There is also limited first-come-first service outdoor parking in the community, just keep in mind they can fill up fast!

TIMBERWOLF COMMUNITY
The Timberwolf community is a well maintained neighborhood with a secluded feel while being conveniently located to some of Park City’s greatest mountain slopes. It is a short 13 minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet, a 10 minute drive to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 10 minutes to the Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Timberwolf also has two community hot tubs available to owners and guests.

Timberwolf is just over a mile from the I-80 freeway making travel to and from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City a cinch. It is also just over a mile away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction - oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles front he Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and more!

Beautiful, peaceful spot. Great neighbors! There's no drinking water available so I recommend order a few gallons on Instacart to be delivered just before you arrive. There's a school in the church behind the house so I loved sitting on the couch with the window open while I worked so I could hear the children's laughter mingled with the bird calls and the sound of the little creek.

Belinda’s place is extremely clean and comfortable. We went here on a girls trip and comfortably slept 5. We stayed in here in August and enjoyed ourselves, can’t wait to perhaps experience how great this place is during the winter! We will definitely be coming back.

Nice condo in a good location. It was nice being able to park in the garage (shared with a couple of other units). The bunk beds upstairs are nice. The view of the forest from the dining room is very pleasant.
