THE SPACE
Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests! Enter the polished open living space with giant view windows and a warming fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and a dining bar for 4 has all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen are both the master and guest bedrooms with a stacked washer and dryer in between. The master bedroom has its own small en-suite bathroom, and there is a second guest bathroom right next to the guest bathroom.

THE KITCHEN
The Kitchen is stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker/Keurig machine combo, toaster, blender, crockpot, utensils, cookware, crockery, and a wine cooler. There is also a dining bar with seats for 4.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has a sofa bed, a Smart TV equipped with cable, a fireplace, and a small study desk.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is equipped with a large view window, queen sized bed, Roku TV, private bathroom, and a closet.

GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a closet, and a Roku TV.

MASTER BATHROOM
The master bathroom is found in the master bedroom, which has a hair dryer, and a bathtub with a shower.

GUEST BATHROOM
The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. Inside is a hair dryer and a bathtub with shower.

PATIO
Through a sliding door just off the living room is a small patio with outdoor furniture for 4.

PARKING
Guests will park behind the unit in a non-covered parking lot and may plan on parking a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking is on a first-come-first serve basis.

The community in this area is a well maintained neighborhood with a suburban feel while being right next to one of Utah’s greatest mountain resorts. It is a short 10 minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet, a 10 minute drive to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 10 minutes to the Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort.

Located just over a mile from the I-80 freeway making travel to and from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City a cinch. It is also just over a mile away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction - oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles front he Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and more!

Great place and local. great views of the Canyons from the living room.

Really central to Kimball Junction and Main Street, Park City.

Great spot for Families as it is quiet and allows you access to all spots within 10 minutes or less drive.

Fun spot - walking distance to the gondola. There is also a bus close by that can take you downtown.

My only criticism is that the pillows were too soft. If this is something that you care about, be sure to BYOP!

Property comfortably accommodated our group of six. Location is great! About a 5-10 minute walk to the Canyons Cabriolet lift helped avoid the massive traffic jams. The space was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food, shower and do laundry. Would stay again.

We had great time staying with Belinda! She is easy to communicate with and got our questions answered in a timely manner. Apartment is very cute, clean, and functional. The view of the mountains from the living room is priceless! It was perfect for the 3 of us, but I can see that it could be a bit of a challenge for 6 people. We loved having full stocked kitchen with all basics provided, including oils, spices, and condiments. The only drawback was lack of exhaust hood, which forces you to open the door while cooking. Another corky detail is that it seems the only heating in the living room is from the gas fireplace, so since we didn't want to keep it going all night, it was quite chilly in the morning. Location is almost perfect for skiing: it's a 10 min walk to the cabriolet lift, which could be a challenge for someone waking in the ski boots and carrying the equipment. We opted out to drive to the cabriolet parking lot, which is free of charge, and we had no problem finding a spot before 10 am. Over all we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying with Belinda in the future.

This unit was clean and set up nicely. Great unit for families and awesome having 2 full bathrooms! Parking was convenient too. The host was helpful and reachable.
