Take a stroll to the Egyptian theater and fine dining on the famous Main St. Enjoy the Yoga studio just across the street. This warm inviting home with rustic wood floors has 6 bedrooms for up to 15 guests. The second floor is only accessed from outside so can be a completely separate and comfortable living space with a kitchenette and washer and dryer. Parking is very limited so taxi or Uber type transportation is recommended.Ski rental discounts are available! This is a special older home for the guest that respects history and will treat it gently. Please take note there is no dishwasher.

In Winter the washer and dryer in the garage can not be used but there is another set upstairs.

Amazing Location, Perfect for Big Group by 02/06/2020
This location is in a great location if you are looking to be close to Main St. and want to host a big group. The pictures are accurate and this property is outstanding for the price. If you are not looking for the luxury touches and want to host a big group, this is the ideal spot for you.
Great location, poor value for money. No Dishwasher! by Bev Murray 12/26/2019
We traveled at the most expensive time of the year so we knew that we were overpaying for a "basic" offering, but even so we were appalled at just how basic it was. There is NO DISHWASHER for a place that claims to accommodate 14 people. I checked that they had a washer/dryer (they have two, although one washer was not usable) but assumed that a dishwasher would be a "given". Given the size of our party, we would never have stayed in a place with no dishwasher. Here's what else you need to know if you are a large party staying in this place: there is not nearly enough silverware, glasses or cups for 14 people, there is only one small 6 seater foldout table for 6 people. There is no table whatsoever in the top unit, and no oven either, so the space doesn't even qualify as a kitchenette. The pipes appear to be in need of snaking as we had two toilets back up and one sink with just a trickle of water (the management company was very responsive and both were fixed the next day, which we appreciated). As a side note, when we booked, it was not clear that the upstairs unit is not accessible from the first floor unit and you have to go outside to access upstairs. Post-booking, this was clarified in the listing details. The positives: the heating worked really well, there was plenty of hot water, it is really convenient for the lifts and Main Street, and the grocery store is a short 15 minute walk, convenience store even closer. The management company was very responsive.

We had a great time. The kitchen was too small for a house that accommodates so many. Asking us to eat in the kitchen to eat was inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and recommend to others. Chris T Massachusetts
