THE SPACE
This spacious and luxurious 3 story home in the popular Bear Hollow Village is the perfect getaway for your trip to Park City. Enjoy lounging in a sunken living room with view windows and a gas fireplace.
Feel cozy and right at home in the large kitchen with dining for 6. The 4 charming bedrooms with 2 kings, a queen and a bunkbed as well as 3.5 bathrooms offer ample space for as many as 12 guests.

The LIVING ROOM
On the second floor is where you'll find yourself winding down at the end of a full rich day in the great outdoors, whether that be skiing in winter or cycling during the summer.
The spacious living features a 50” television equipped with Xfinity DVR so you can access your favorite shows. Crank up the heat with the easy-to-use gas fireplace, and relax on the comfy soft sofas.

The MASTER BEDROOM
The third floor features a large king bed so comfy you won't want to get up each morning.
A 42" TV with an Amazon Firestick, gives you access to your favorite streaming services and networks.

3 GUEST BEDROOMS
On the top floor, you will find 2 guest bedrooms. The first hosts a king size bed and a large desk for any kind of work use.
The second sleeps 3 on a twin over full bunkbed and equipped with a 22" TV featuring streaming services. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall.
Another bedroom is found on the lower level, with a queen size bed and a 30" TV, also equipped with streaming services.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Not all homes come equipped like this one with its own personal HOT TUB, available on the roomy deck. Then just down the road, you can share in the community clubhouse pools and BBQ grills for some memorable outdoor evenings on the lovely grounds. For your convenience enjoy a washer and dryer on the third floor.
PARKING is available with a private garage with space for one vehicle, and driveway space for two vehicles. Feel free to store all of your skiing and snowboarding equipment in the garage.
There are plenty of entertainment and excursion options in the area. In the backyard of Bear Hollow Village is Utah's Olympic Park, where the 2002 Olympics were hosted! Just up the road you will find a large shopping center for groceries including Whole Foods, as well as delicious restaurants and Tanger Outlets with over 60 stores. A few minutes south of Bear Hollow Village is Park City's Canyons Resort, boasting the largest ski resort in the country! Continuing south, you will find Historic Downtown Park City and Main Street with unique stores, museums, and restaurants. Right next to that is Park City's Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. You can access just about everything Park City has to offer in just fifteen minutes or less on the free city bus line!
