The guest bathroom, at the end of the hall from the dining area, has a bathtub with shower and is shared by the guest and twin bedrooms.
PARKING
Guests will have access to one dedicated parking spot in the secure, heated underground garage with elevator access. As well as 1 additional parking pass for outdoor parking.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The private Bear Hollow community is a Park City gem because it’s beautiful, secluded, family-friendly and close to everything. Just 5 minutes to the slopes/hikes/rides at The Canyons, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Bear Hollow has a community clubhouse with a pool (summer), hot tub (year-round), gym, BBQs, a large lawn area for sports, plus there’s a more private hot tub just downstairs from The Grizzly that’s exclusive to the small condo complex.
The entrance that leads into Bear Hollow is less than a mile from the I-80 freeway, so it’s convenient to get to the airport and Salt Lake City. It’s also less than a mile to the restaurants, shops and amenities in Kimball Junction—oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles from the Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and a lot more? (This is maybe more dangerous than a double black diamond.)

This was a very enjoyable stay. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The location is wonderful, the indoor parking is a great perk, the unit is very clean, the amenities were quite nice, and the view was splendid. Belinda was very responsive in answering our few questions quickly.

Great place if you want to stay outside of the main area for cheaper. It's about a 5 minute drive to canyons and 15 minute drive from Park City. There's a hot tub for the building (not working when we were there) and a club house hot tub as well (which gets busy after skiing).

Very nice unit with a great kitchen. Large TV with DTV so we were able to see the NFL games when we were not on the mountain. The master bed was comfortable and warm. Belinda responded immediately when I had a couple questions. We had a very nice ski vacation here.

This home is beautiful. Very cozy and conveniently close to nearby businesses. Woodward is about 10 minutes away and downtown Main Street is about 15 minutes away. My ladies and I went for my birthday celebration and it was amazing. The hot tub was a blast. The scenery, the people, the food, snow activities, etc. We loved everything. I wished we came a week later to enjoy the snowfall. Our host Belinda was great with communication and checking in on us making sure everything was going ok. We love our visit and will be returning next year with our families.

Wonderful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. The grounds are so great for morning walks and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. it also has a great gym for those wanting a good work out! Belinda was an excellent host with quick communication for some questions we had and offered us solutions.. we loved it so much we will return!! All the folks around were very friendly. Private parking was a great amenity. Very secure we felt very safe. Restaurants around were close for some wonderful meals.

This place checks all the boxes for a good / semi-affordable ski house. Close proximity to Canyons and good layout that accommodated our group of 6 and overall was very clean. Lot's of broken amenities lead to an overall mediocre review including but not limited to: Hair dyer, coffee maker, dishwasher door, shower door, hot tub.

This condominium was great. It was clean, comfortable and convenient! The owner/manager was very kind and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the well appointed place with very nice decorations and complete kitchen supplies. It was easy to prepare Matt’s “world famous” French Toast and Brett’s sausage and eggs. The TV in the living room is huge and made the football games enjoyable to watch. The parking was wonderful in the heated garage, so we avoided digging out of the many inches of powder snow.
We had a great time and would definitely give this condo a Five Star Rating!
